Refund policy

We believe in the products we sell and in the people who sell them. If you should have any trouble with an item purchased from Marathon Sports, simply come back and see us for a full refund or exchange.

Here’s what you need to know:

• You can return or exchange your purchase for any reason within 30 days of an online order delivery or a store purchase.
• Unworn product with its original packaging and receipt of purchase is eligible for a full refund.
• Used product, regardless of wear and tear, is eligible for exchange or store credit.
• Returns and exchanges are free, including return shipping for most orders.

Used Product

We want you to use and enjoy the products we sell. Get them dirty and get them sweaty. But if the product does not work, just come back and see us within 30 days regardless of wear and tear and we will work to help find something that will better meet your needs. All product that has been worn is for exchange or store credit only.

If you prefer to ship your items back to us, begin the return process in our online returns portal.

You are also able to return any online purchase in-store if that is more convenient. You can take the items you want to return to any Marathon Sports store.
